VerBau, located in Belgium and France, is a young, dynamic company specializing in the manufacture of quality desserts. Founded in 2010, the company currently plays an important role in the dessert market.
As part of our development, we are looking for a Quality Specification Manager for our Leuze-en-Hainaut site.
Your main responsibilities will include
Production and filling of specifications for customers (products and processes)
Checking packaging and labels, and monitoring packaging regulations and product composition
Integrate customer requirements and communicate them to operational, sales and R&D teams
Production of product data sheets
Technical communication of quality processes to customers
Keeping abreast of European regulations and food regulations for exports
Active participation in external/customer audits
Preparation of export health certificates in collaboration with sales and logistics.
Profile / Skills required
You have at least one year's experience in a quality department in the food industry.
You are bilingual in French and English. Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
You have good organizational and planning skills.
You have good stress management skills and adapt easily to change. You are flexible.
Rigor and precision are part of you.
With a good understanding of workflows, you communicate easily with other departments.
You have a good command of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and can easily adapt to different customer portals.
Knowledge of EU and export food legislation is a real asset.
